About

Behaviour reveals what language conceals.

Savage Analysis is an independent analytical practice. I look at what organisations and individuals say, what they do and the distance between the two. Individual, business and corporate conduct may be examined where it is publicly observable, experienced or consequential within the public realm. The work is its own evidence.

Savage Analysis often starts with ordinary encounters and follows the behaviour outward, looking for the systems, incentives and recurring patterns that make the apparently trivial matter. What appears inconsequential in isolation can become much more revealing when viewed as evidence of a wider structure.

Through independent trust audits, behavioural analysis and pattern recognition, Savage Analysis follows the evidence in pursuit of greater transparency, accountability and better outcomes. It does not soften its conclusions merely because scrutiny is unwelcome. Savage Analysis is an attempt to make the data around us, and the world it describes, usefully more visible.

You may have spotted the rake before stepping on it. You may already have smashed yourself in the face with the handle. Either is a useful place to begin.

If you have a specific question, something you want analysed or a problem that might benefit from being looked at differently, ask.

I may be able to help.
