Who is responsible

Savage Analysis is an independent editorial and analytical project operated through Savage Studio. Privacy enquiries may be sent to webmanagement@savageanalysis.com.

Information you provide

The site has no accounts, comments, newsletter or contact form. If you contact Savage Analysis by email, the information received may include your name, email address, organisation, message and any attachments you choose to send.

How correspondence is used

Correspondence is used to respond to enquiries, consider corrections or rights of reply, manage editorial matters and protect the legitimate interests of the publication. Information may also be used where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Site hosting and traffic information

This site is hosted using OpenAI Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information required to deliver, secure and maintain the service. Savage Analysis can access aggregate traffic reporting, including unique visitor and page-view totals, but does not use that reporting to identify individual visitors.

Information processed by the hosting provider is also governed by the OpenAI privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

Savage Analysis does not add advertising trackers or behavioural advertising technology to the site. The hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with delivery, security, preferences or analytics. Further information is available in the OpenAI cookie policy. Sharing and transfers

Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers that support hosting or communications, or disclosed where required by law. Those providers may process information outside the United Kingdom subject to their own safeguards and legal obligations.

Routine correspondence is retained only for as long as it remains reasonably useful. Material connected with a published article, correction, response or legal issue may be retained for longer where preserving an accurate editorial record is necessary.
