Nature of the work
Savage Analysis publishes independent editorial analysis of individual, business and corporate behaviour, communication, customer experience, trust and ordinary social encounters. Articles may combine documented events, first-hand experience, interpretation, opinion, criticism, humour and satire.
Fact, interpretation and opinion
Factual statements are intended to reflect the material reasonably available at the date of publication. Interpretations, classifications and conclusions are analytical judgments. They should not be read as claims about every employee, customer or action of an organisation.
Source material
Articles may reproduce limited extracts, screenshots or descriptions of third-party material for criticism, review, evidence or context. Material may be cropped, annotated or redacted to protect personal information and focus attention on the behaviour being analysed. Copyright and trade marks in third-party material remain with their respective owners.
Accuracy and change
Communications, policies, interfaces and organisational practices change. Material may therefore cease to describe a current process even when it accurately records the process encountered at the time. Savage Analysis may correct, clarify or update published work where new evidence materially changes the account.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Do not rely on an article as a substitute for advice directed to your circumstances.
No affiliation or endorsement
References to an organisation, product or trade mark do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Unless an article expressly states otherwise, organisations discussed have not commissioned or approved the analysis.
Corrections and responses
Evidence of a material factual error, a request for clarification or a response from an organisation discussed on the site may be sent to webmanagement@savageanalysis.com. Requests are considered under the Editorial Standards policy.
